Experience was good.Treating nurse and PA were great. The only complaint is that I made an appointment for 3:30PM. I got there and receptionist took my driver’s license and insurance card to process. The receptionist asked me to sit to process my credentials. Meanwhile 3 other people came in for service and I had to wait for the receptionist to process them. After serving the 3 people, the receptionist finished my paperwork. Therefore, I did not go back for service until 25 mins after my appointment. I also arrived a few mins before the appointment. I would suggest if someone has an appointment to finish their paperwork before starting to process others who come in after. Just a suggestion.

I was a walk in an hour before closing and was seen within 40 minutes, everyone from the front desk, to the PA to the doctor were very friendly. I have anxiety around medical stuff and they honestly put me at ease. Once I was seen my diagnosis of strep was given to me within 15 minutes. Super close to my house and always very friendly. I highly recommend!

Friendly staff and the assistant and doctor were amazing. Had a sinus infection as well as a cold and the antibiotics worked super quickly. Feeling better already. Tried to see my doctor, but they were way too busy, so I came here instead.

I had a very bad experience with the doctor who gaxe me the wrong diagnosis for my injury. She was so angry and rude 😤. I am a first responder for the fire department and her professional bedside manners was out the door. I had MRSA and could have died because of her misdiagnosed assessments. Don't go here! …

My dr listened and did everything he could to put my worries away and help me. I visited him yesterday and he ordered blood tests ultra sound etc in order to figure out what’s wrong but also was kind didn’t make me feel crazy and listened. Best dr ever

Not a good experience with virtual visit. We were asked to do rapid test when we consulted but then had to wait a looooong time to review those results. An in-person consultation would have helped in reviewing the results at the same time as the visit and also to get the right meds. Virtual visit can be improved by ensuring patients are able to get the meds with a shorter wait time

I come to this urgent care when I need special listening to. The staff is always very attentive and appear to want to help you with your medical problems. That is sometimes rare in our rushed world. When you are at your worst it helps to know that someone seems to care enough to be polite.
